Team Headshots in Topeka, KS — Studio or On-Site
Your people are your biggest asset. Give them the opportunity to shine authentically.
The Show up System for Team Corporate Headshots
We built The Show Up System around one simple idea: your team shows up, and we handle everything else. Whether we're coming to your location or your team is making the short drive to our Holton studio, the schedule is built, the setup is ready, and every person coming through knows exactly what to expect. No chaos, no bottlenecks, no nervous employees standing around wondering what to do.
Every image is framed horizontally so it can be cropped vertically or horizontally depending on where you need it. We never cut off heads or shoulders, which means your design team can place anyone on any background without losing the shot. Files are named by employee and organized from the start, and we include a PNG of every person so your staff can be dropped onto any background your marketing team needs without extra editing.
Most photographers show up with a camera. We show up with a system.
Why it matters
When your website, LinkedIn, email signatures, and marketing materials all use consistent professional headshots, your organization looks put-together before anyone reads a single word. People make fast decisions about whether to trust you… and imagery is part of that.
We're not trying to make your team look stiff or corporate. The goal is real expressions, natural body language, people who look like themselves on a good day. That's what actually builds trust.
We've worked with nonprofits, healthcare offices, law firms, schools, banks, real estate offices, financial advisors, and local businesses of all sizes throughout Northeast Kansas. If you have a team and need headshots, we'll build a process that works for your group.

What Organizations Ask Before Booking Headshots
-
Yes. Coming to your office is almost always easier than moving your whole staff somewhere else. I bring everything I need. Our Holton studio is also an option if that works better.
-
About five minutes per person. We move quickly but still get great expressions. Everyone sees and picks their favorites before they leave.
-
I always do my best to match your existing style. I keep lighting notes on file so we can get as close as possible when you bring in new team members.
-
INeutrals, minimal pattern, added texture or layers. Keep it simple but tailored. I send a What to Wear guide to every client ahead of the session.
Give people enough lead time to actually prepare. Clothes should be clean, ironed, and tried on beforehand, a suit jacket that fit for the last round of headshots doesn't always fit for this one. Also: remind your team to remove smartwatches, hair bands, and gum before they step in front of the camera.
-
Through an online gallery, full-sized JPEGs, organized by employee. All images are retouched to look polished … not unrecognizable
-
Yes. I keep your lighting recipe on file so new sessions can match as closely as possible. Some organizations have me come back a couple times a year to photograph new hires, which takes the pressure off getting everyone in one shot. My Holton studio is also an option for smaller follow-up sessions.
