How to Redeem Your Downloads
Thank you for coming out and trusting us with your sports photos. We love creating images your athletes can be proud of and we’re grateful to be part of your season.

Your download promo code is set to your athlete’s first name. When you’re ready to save your images, add your selected photos to the cart, then go to checkout. Enter your athlete’s first name in the promo code box. For example, if your daughter is Charlotte, your download promo code will be CHARLOTTE. Once the code is applied, your downloads will show as paid and you can complete checkout to receive your files.

If you didn’t pay at the time of the session, your athlete will be placed in the Solo Spotlight gallery so you can purchase the package you want directly from the site.

Downloading and Saving Your Images
Once you’ve redeemed your download promo code, be sure to save your images to a personal computer or a cloud storage service you trust. This gallery will expire and you will lose access once it closes, so downloading and backing up your photos is important.

Ordering Banners
If you’d like to order a banner, Marketing Concepts (785) 364-4611) handles all banner printing. We will submit your full gallery directly to them. All you need to do is tell them the image number you want printed. If you did the solo spotlight and it will be the image you downloaded. . They’ll take it from there and make the process simple for you. Banners are purchased directly through Marketing Concepts.
