    Media days are all the rage. They are the way schools and traveling teams promote their events and programs. Use these image for social media post and game programs. Starting at 40.00 per student. Packages with prints and/or digital images available.

  • On-Location Team Media Day We come to your school, gym, or field.

    Best for: Schools and large club teams who want everything handled on-site without moving their roster to a studio.

    What is included:

    • Individual portraits for every athlete

    • Team photo

    • Images built for banners, posters, and social graphics

    • Private online gallery for parent ordering

    • Consistent lighting and setups across the full roster

    Pricing: $1,200 minimum, $85 per athlete (15 or more athletes) Pre-paid by the team or organization.

  • Best for: Smaller clubs, families who want flexibility, and teams where not every athlete will order.

    What is included:

    • Professional studio lighting and backgrounds

    • Individual portraits per athlete

    • Private online gallery for each family

    • Families order only what they want after the session

    Pricing: No upfront cost. Packages start at $40 per athlete.

  • A dedicated session built around one athlete.

    Best for: Senior athletes, athletes who missed team media day, and players heading into recruitment or recognition events.

    What is included:

    • Full personalized portrait experience

    • Multiple poses and looks

    • Images for senior banners, yard signs, college recruitment, and announcements

    • Add-ons available: prints, banners, wall art

    Pricing: $265 per athlete, pre-paid.

How It Works

  • We talk through your team size, timeline, uniforms, and what you need the images for. This call takes about 15 minutes and means the day runs smoothly.

  • We show up ready. Full mobile studio setup, lighting, and effects come to your location. You do not move your team anywhere.

  • Each athlete rotates through quickly. Individual portraits, group shots, and team photo if included. Most athletes are done in five minutes.

  • Parents receive a private gallery link to view and order. No paperwork, no chasing coaches for downloads.

  • Files are delivered within seven days so your season content is ready when you need it.

  • No we bring the real deal. The fog, the rain, the snow, and the lighting. We want your athletes to feel excited about seeing it happen right in front of their eyes.

  • That depends on the kind of session. With an on location team session you can expect us to spend about an hour an and a half to two hours. We do require set up and tear down time as well (if reserving a space.)

    When booking an individual athlete session you can expect about 40 minutes.

  • If you are paying ahead for your session (on location or for our individual student session in the studio) your session comes with a full gallery of images.

    When we are doing teams on location we want to get a couple of individual shots, some fun shots, and some buddy shots. You can expect to have about 10 images per student.

    For teams doing the studio no up front payment session we photography only individual students and you can expect about 5-10 images.

    We always try to get you as many images as we can! We have fun with these shoots too!

  • We absolutely can for an additional charge. We typically like to know that you want that ahead of time because we shoot certain poses for those specific items.

  • Great question. We get it.. it is an additional cost on top of an expensive sport. We suggest doing the no obligation session in the studio. That way everyone gets their photo and your team and pay for a composite group photo. That way you get photos of the entire team without individuals having to. Galleries will watermarked images will be sent out to purchase items after the shoot.

  • We know you want to get your hands on this photos as quickly as possible. Often you are needing banners and content for quickly approaching matches and tournaments. We work to have your galleries to you with in seven days.

  • We are located in Holton KS and travel with in Northeast KS. A small travel fee may apply depending on travel distances.

  • I like to have a call prior to the session to make sure achieve all of your visions and needs. Prior, think about how you will use your images. Some schools have themed games and incorporating those into the media day means having the right props (American flag, cowboy hat, starwars, Pink out…etc) We also like to encourage teams to have a conversation with their teams about what to bring (full gear, color of jersey (if not all of them!), color of socks, how hair will be done, and any sport accessories you want in your shots. Encourage the athletes to think about their poses and what they want to do prior to the shoot… their ideas are often our favorites.
