How to order your images
If you paid at the session, your download promo code is the email you received letting you know your gallery is ready. When you’re ready to save your images, add the photos you want to the cart, go to checkout, and enter that code in the promo box. Once the code is applied, your downloads will show as PAID and you can complete checkout to receive your files.
If you pre ordered a players card they are included in your gallery. If you upgrade to the full gallery with the players card one will be emailed to you!
Siblings photos are found in the buddy gallery and can be purchased in addition to your student athlete gallery.
I always highly suggest immediately downloading your purchased images to your own hard drive or cloud storage. This gallery will expire and you will not have access to it is after October 16, 2026.
Screenshot Protection Notice
Albums have been screenshot protected. It is best to view your gallery on a computer. You will notice when viewing your gallery on your phone half of the image is blurry. You can toggle to shift which half is blurry.

a few reminders
The Media Day gallery is organized by athlete, alphabetically by last name. Find your athlete’s album and everything from Saturday is in there.
Download your images to a computer or cloud account once you purchase then. These galleries will be archived on OCTOBER 16, 2026 and you will lose access to your files after that.
If you are sending an image to be printed, download the high resolution file first. Screenshots do not print well and you will see the difference on a banner.
Please read the print release that comes with your digital files. It covers how you can use your images.
These images are watermarked, and I know the watermark is distracting. I have had files screenshotted in the past, which is an unfortunate part of the digital era. I hope you can look past it and see your athlete.
If you spot something I missed in an image, let me know. It is never my intention to leave anything in a shot that should not be there.
